1 Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to the jibet platform. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between jibet and you. By using jibet's website, mobile application, or any of its services, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our platform. jibet reserves the right to change, revise, or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to create an account and use any services on jibet. We may request necessary documents for age verification at any time. Providing false information regarding age will result in account closure and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is a clear violation of jibet's policy. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be suspended immediately and any associated bonuses will be cancelled.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. No false or misleading information may be provided regarding your name, mobile number, email, or identity document details.

2.4 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) confidential. You may not allow any third party to use your account. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify the support team immediately.

3 Financial Transactions: Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on jibet is ৳300. We accept the following payment methods:

• bKash — Mobile Banking
• Nagad — Mobile Banking
• Rocket — Mobile Banking
• Bank Transfer — Major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank

Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly. Please contact the support team if there is any delay.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. jibet reserves the right to hold a withdrawal until verification is complete.

• A withdrawal request can be cancelled before it is fully processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Identity verification may be carried out under Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy.

3.3 Currency

jibet processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). An applicable exchange rate may apply for transactions in other currencies.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

jibet offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,500 and a total balance of ৳2,500; or depositing ৳12,000 gives the maximum bonus of ৳8,000 and a total balance of ৳20,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus only, not on the deposit. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may claim a bonus offer only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met first.
• If bets exceeding the maximum bet limit are placed, the bonus may be cancelled.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, jibet reserves the right to investigate and cancel the bonus.
• jibet may change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5 VIP Program

jibet's VIP program has four tiers. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Users can gradually advance to higher VIP tiers through regular gaming activity. jibet reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits.

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Fair Play

jibet is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all players. Our games are operated using internationally standard Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts
• Any form of fraud or manipulation
• Bonus abuse or gaining an advantage through multiple accounts
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform
• Money laundering or any other illegal activity

6.3 Technical Issues

If a technical problem or disconnection occurs during a game session, jibet will assess the situation according to the saved logs. Results from a defective game may be considered void.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by jibet

jibet may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account at any time in the following cases:

• Violation of any part of these Terms
• Providing false or misleading information
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Evidence of involvement in illegal activity
• A security risk to the account

8.2 Closure by the User

If you wish to close your own account, please contact the support team. Complete any pending withdrawals before closing. If the wagering requirement for a bonus is unmet, the bonus funds will be cancelled.

9 Responsible Gaming

jibet places the highest importance on responsible gaming. Online gaming should be done for entertainment purposes and should not be considered a source of income.

10 Limitation of Liability

The jibet platform is provided on an "as is" basis. jibet accepts no liability for the following:

• Game interruptions caused by internet connection issues
• Delays or errors by third-party payment providers
• Service disruptions due to unexpected technical problems
• Losses caused by the user's own negligence

Losses from gaming are a common risk and jibet does not provide any compensation for this.

11 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding any transaction or gaming result, please follow the process below:

• First, notify the support team via 24/7 live chat.

• The jibet support team will investigate the matter within a reasonable time.
• The relevant account or transaction may be temporarily suspended during the investigation.

The decision of jibet management will be considered final.

12 Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, software, and code on the jibet platform are the intellectual property of jibet. No element may be copied, distributed, or used without prior written permission from jibet.

The intellectual property of content from third-party game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, and PG Soft belongs to the respective companies.
